Make sure you run a “self test” on the Aldelo printer itself, to make sure it can print a test page. This can be achieved by holding the “feed” button on the printer, turning the printer power off and then immediately turning the printer power back on.

It’s also worth going into the printers and faxes dialog, right clicking on the kitchen printer, clicking file, then to properties, and click print test page.
